China Data Online (http://china-data-online.com) provides rich, comprehensive and unique information for China research, including government statistics, census data, and spatial data (GIS) of China. This webinar will give an introduction to the new version of China Data Online, including its new features, new functions and new data. It will also discuss the recent development of Spatial Data Lab, a joint project with the Center for Geographic Analysis at Harvard University co-sponsored by the NSF Spatiotemporal Innovation Center, which is designed to provide a new generation of data services with cutting-edge methodology and technology.
